D2C personal care startup Pilgrim expands leadership to accelerate omnichannel strategy, ET Retail

New Delhi: Pilgrim, a D2C personal care startup, has appointed Anirudh Likhite as vice president of supply chain & procurement and Nilesh Kambli as the senior vice president of customer experience, it announced in a press release on Tuesday.

The expansion of leadership positions is done to accelerate the firm’s omnichannel strategy and footprint in the brick-and-mortar model, according to a statement.

Likhite, with over 13 years of experience in building supply chain teams, networks, and strategic processes, has worked with Nykaa and L’Oreal. He was associated across business segments including — eB2B, General Trade, Modern Trade, International Business (Exports), and Pro (dedicated to salon professionals). At Pilgrim, he will be responsible for driving an omnichannel approach for deeper consumer penetration.

Kambli, with over 11 years of experience, has worked with The Souled Store, 91Springboard, and HDFC Ltd. He is well-versed in comprehending customer preferences and implementing effective operational strategies, read the release.
