HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF POINTS ON MY LOYALTY CARD?

After logging in to the Sephora website or the Sephora app, you will find your point balance in your account under “My Sephora card”.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DATA?

You have several options to change your data:

  • If you already have an account on Sephora.pl, make sure that you enter your card number in the “My Loyalty Program” section. You can then modify your details in the “My Account Settings” section.
  • If you do not have an online account, create your account directly on Sephora.pl, select the “I have a Sephora card” button and enter your card number. You can then modify your details in your new account in the “My Account Settings” tab.
  • If you want, you can also modify your data in the store or by contacting Sephora Customer Service.

MY LAST PURCHASE IS NOT SHOWING UP ON MY POINTS ACCOUNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you made a purchase in a stationary perfumery, updating your point balance may take up to 72 hours. If you have made an online purchase, your points will be updated after your order is shipped.
